Role

The Senior Real Estate Acquisition Specialist will manage their own pipeline of prospects, taking full ownership of the deal cycle from initial contact to closing. This role requires a professional demeanor, sharp communication skills, and an ability to build rapport quickly. Our specialists are motivated by a passion to help, understanding that their efforts directly contribute to the company’s success and, more importantly, to the well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Move all prospects to the appropriate stage of the pipeline via CRM, maintaining a clear, up-to-date, and accurate pipeline.
  • Diligently follow up with potential clients, documenting all interactions within our CRM system.
  • Educate prospects on how we can assist them with expert knowledge and understanding.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance client service and satisfaction.
  • Identify and report any emerging client concerns to the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure a seamless transition for clients from initial contact through to deal closure.

Results

  • Maintain a closing rate that meets or exceeds company targets.
  • Ensure all client information is accurately recorded in CRM by the end of each day.
  • Provide consistent follow-up with all qualified prospects.
  • Keep sales stats updated daily.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume sales 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
  • Experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) environments.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Adaptable and open to learning and implementing new sales processes.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing one’s own time effectively.

Location

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chicago, Illinois.

Schedule

  • 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule available Monday through Saturday.

Salary

  • Base salary of $60,000 to $80,000 with On-Target Earnings (OTE)  $80,000 plus performance bonuses.
