Role

The Transaction Coordinator is crucial in managing all current contracts, ensuring each property purchase is executed flawlessly. This role demands a high level of communication with all parties involved in the closing process, including internal teams, to provide timely updates and ensure all aspects of the transaction are aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all contractual documents for property transactions.
  • Coordinate closely with in-house legal teams, management, and external parties to ensure timely and accurate closings.
  • Pull, analyze, and clear titles to prepare properties for closing.
  • Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.
  • Facilitate the flow of information between all parties involved, ensuring that all transactions progress smoothly.

Results

  • Efficiently manage multiple transactions to ensure they close on schedule.
  • Maintain detailed records of all transaction activities in company databases.
  • Achieve performance targets related to transaction closure rates and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate transactions or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate between various parties.
  • Familiarity with real estate documentation, title clearing, and the closing process.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Location

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chicago, Illinois.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary

  • Base salary of $50,000 to $70,000 with performance bonuses.
