BRILLIANT! That sums up my experience with Direct Property Aid! I had a change in life that required a sudden move due to a recent family member "passing". An agent of DPA reached out to me and offered to assist in purchasing my Home, and if needed "As IS". Tyler was the main contact along with his Key Assistant - Mary S. and after watching so many TV Ads for "We'll Buy Your Home As IS" and "No sweat, No Mess, No Problems", I was leary of the ads and the Companies behind them. Direct Property Aid was the exception to my weariness in dealing with possible "Property Vultures". I had several approach me over the last year with visits and tremendously low ball bids and stating that if I could wait 60 days plus to close, they could come up with a slightly higher offer. WRONG ANSWER! DPA came in with a very fair offer, a seemless process, and the opportunity to close in less than ten days! And were patient when I needed some omre time. Having negotiated an $800 Million B2B sale in the past, I'm a stickler for details and their offer, conditions and terms were SPOT ON! I couldn't be more PLEASED with the Total Effort and Process that DPA provided me. From their initial call to the closing was professional, thorough and done with respect for my needs, questions and any concern.
